Dai Hard 5-Day Challenge:

1000 push-ups
1000 sit-ups
1000 air squats (Feel free to add weights but NOT MANDATORY)
10 miles of running / 20,000 meter row /  35 miles on Bike (Pick your poison)
1000 Seiken Chudan Tsuki’s
15 minutes shadow Kumite
1000 Mae Geri’s (Chudan or Gedan)
